Returns

Should the event arise that you require to return your purchase from our Online Store, Thirty 16 Williamstown will happily accept change of mind and faulty returns noting the following conditions:

• There is a receipt of purchase for the item being returned

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all the original tags/labels attached

• Returns can only be accepted on full price items

• We are unable accept returns on earrings/hand cream & body lotions / body oils/perfumes/tights or socks.

• Sales items, items without tags or items that appear to be used/worn, will not be accepted for exchange or refunded.

• Please note that prior to packing and dispatching an order, all items are personally inspected that checked for any damage.

• Gift Cards are non-refundable
