• Handmade in Melbourne, these large wheat heat packs feature a removable cover, making it easy to clean and maintain for long-term use.  
• Scented,which comes with the added benefit of having dried lavender and lavender essential oil added to the wheat.
• Pattern placement on our beautiful prints may vary from that featured in the product image.
• Measures approx. 38 x 14cm.

HEATING
• Only use a turntable microwave to heat; ensure the microwave is clean and turntable rotates freely before heating. Do not heat on a stovetop, gas or electric oven.

• Rating 650-Watt microwave – heat in 30 second bursts for a maximum of 2 minutes on high, rotating during heating.

• If the wheat heat bag smells or looks burnt, do not use and discard; allow it to cool down completely (on a non-combustible surface) before disposing.

• Place heat pack as flat as possible in the centre of the microwave, with a small mug of water in the microwave during heating to reduce the possibility of wheat drying out and burning.

COOLING
• To use as a cold pack, place in a zip lock bag, or sealable container in the freezer for 30 – 60 minutes.
